Summary

First Horizon Banks's Correspondent Banking Group is one of the most tenured correspondent banking providers in the country, having served domestic financial institutions for over a century. Our service is diverse and includes product offerings in depository, treasury, and credit along with partnering with other key business segments. We are seeking a Correspondent Client Representative to join our team to support and maintain our client relationships and to help develop and on-board new customers.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Oversee and support clients managing their deposits, fed funds investments and settlement transactions.
  • Intermediary for customer wire transfers with bank operations and compliance.
  • Ensure account acceptance/updated documentation and procedures are fully completed and retained.
  • Enter and reconcile fed fund transactions with our Treasury Funds Management Group.
  • Facilitate timely and efficient resolution of client questions/inquiries.
  • Understanding our Treasury Group's products and their customer online portal.
  • Coordinate customer loan payments and payoffs.
  • Support Correspondent Relationship and Portfolio Managers as directed.
  • On-board new customers to include service introductions, cutoffs/deadlines, and team members.

Qualifications Include

  • At least (5) years of diverse work experience in banking and/or a business degree with equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Effectively researches, analyzes, and evaluates information to make decisions and resolve issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
  • Able to work independently and willing to support other team members as needs may arise.
  • Must be very organized, detail oriented, and take pride in achieving total customer satisfaction.
