CoSo Demo Analyst

The Demonstration Analyst - is to manage development, deployment and maintenance of the product demonstration environment and strategy. This will include all solutions and products within hiring segment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with Product Management, Program Development and IT and assess the impact and planning of the demonstration environment.
• Documentation of processes, how to and training to be incorporated into the Vantage offline demonstration environment.
• Communication to the field on status to the health of the offline demonstration environment.
• Ensure peak sales effectiveness by collecting and incorporating Sales Field feedback into the offline demonstration environment.
• In addition, work with Key Business Partners, Software Developers, and other Technical Resources to ensure timely updates that coincide with production version releases.
• Manage development, deployment, and maintenance of the NAS Vantage Offline Demonstration Environment tool.
• Working with Product Management, Program Development, and IT to upgrade and test the demo environment as new functionality is introduced
• Working with Product Management, Program Development, and IT to develop new demo environments and tools for new products and services
• Integrating demo environments and tools as required to show ADP product interoperability.
• Organizing and documenting Sales Field feedback, i.e QC and BC suggestions
• Maintaining a consistent and effective data set across the demo solution
• Coordinating developer access to live applications by making necessary contacts, obtaining access approvals, acquiring logins, and ensuring issue resolution for live application problems that impact the development of the Offline or live demo tool(s)
• Defining technical requirements for developer(s) by recording product demonstrations or creating detailed power point presentations with instructions for documenting application build outs and coordinating the resolution of functional questions
• Performing first line quality assurance for developed demos by confirming demo performance according to the approved script and use cases
• Preparing associated documentation such as installation and execution instructions, scripts, status reports
• Perform QA testing for releases and browser updates.
• Managing feedback to determine if corrections are needed or new features need to be added.
• Develop and deploy Product Demonstration Scripts that incorporate the appropriate marketing message and emphasize the ADP value proposition and integration and ease of use and highlight key competitive differentiators.
• Maintain product demonstration documentation for demo assets.
• Communicate issues identified by Sales to Development and maintain issues log to monitor resolution.
• Maintain enhancement requests from Sales and work with Product Management to integrate them into development plans.
• Provide content to Sales training for the development and delivery of product demonstration tools.
• Responsible for possessing product and process knowledge of demo solution(s).
• Coordinate deployment of demo assets to the field with IT.
• Provide Tier support back up as required for escalated demo environment issues
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Education and Experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

The targeted base salary range for this role is listed in the compensation section below. Actual salary may be above or below this range based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Compensation Range for Nevada, Colorado & U.S. New York City Residents: $59,700 - $138,900 / Year
