Pixelligent is seeking an individual with solid organizational, communication, problem-solving and research abilities. Prefer strong technology expertise, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. This position will interact with senior management and report directly to the CFO.

Position Overview

The Cost Accountant will perform advanced cost accounting analyses to compare estimated costs to actual costs and prepare a variety of related budget reports.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Determine and monitor product costs.
  2. Development of new product costs and margin analysis.
  3. Implement cost standards for materials and labor.
  4. Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
  5. Prepare cost of goods sold and production reports.
  6. Reconcile beginning raw materials, work-in-progress and finished-goods stock.
  7. Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Education and Experience

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field required.
  2. At least two (2) years of experience in cost accounting.
