Job Description

We are currently seeking a Cost Accountant to join our team. As a Cost Accountant at RoseRyan, you will be responsible for analyzing and reporting cost data to support decision-making processes and optimize cost efficiencies for our clients. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze cost data to determine the actual cost of production and services provided
• Analyze changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods, or services provided to determine the effect on costs
• Prepare and present cost accounting reports and findings to clients and stakeholders
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend cost-effective solutions
• Participate in month-end closing process and account reconciliations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost efficiencies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven work experience as a Cost Accountant or similar role
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams
