Caterpillar Sosnowiec is looking for a Cost Analyst to support its financial and cost data analysis and to monitor the performance of our organisation with close collaboration in cost control and reduction until February 2026.
What Will You Do:

• Participating in ongoing product costing activities including the cost estimation for new products,

• Monitoring of current product cost and deviations explanations,

• Material cost monitoring and close collaboration with procurement (in case of significant deviations)

• Close collaboration with shared services, mainly in data management and support

• GUS reporting

What You Will Have:

• Degree or equivalent experience in finance/pricing positions

• Good understanding of product cost analysis processes

• Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision

• Effective communication skills in both Polish and English

• Knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems

• Ability to transform numerical data into business insight
