 Description:

This is an opportunity to join the IERUS team as a Cost Analyst supporting a large Missile Defense program.

The successful candidate will be required to perform financial analysis, program planning and controls, and support the preparation of reports to ensure that programs are executed within contractually agreed-upon parameters. You will be expected to help facilitate business priorities, processes, and expectations. The Cost Analyst will work with the IERUS team on several different program tasks concurrently, in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate should be dedicated to continued process improvements, and the building of efficiencies into all operational aspects of the organization.

Qualifications:

• BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related;
• 2+ years of professional experience in a related finance role;
• Cost and Schedule reporting and analysis; 
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (including advanced Excel skills).

Nice to have:

• Experience with Earned Value Management Systems;
• Experience with Program Controls (Cost/Schedule), and Estimates at Completion (EAC) Process;
• Experience with SAP accounting system, Standard Business Warehouse Reports, and/or similar reports.
• Experience with reviewing and development of Subcontract Data Requirements List (SDRLs);
• Maintain accurate records for Budget and EAC tracking;
• Process approved Baseline Change Requests (BCR) and Secondary Work Authorizations (SWA);
• Month end reconciliation.

 Required Qualifications:

• Must be a US Citizen
• Active security clearance Secret level or higher
• Demonstrated ability to meet critical deadlines;
• Proactive with demonstrated ability to recognize process shortfalls; and successfully implement positive change;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Ability to frame and interpret issues for management;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited oversight and prioritize workload.
