Job Description
The Red Gate Group is seeking a skilled Cost Analyst to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) in Washington, DC. This role focuses on enhancing the Program Office’s cost tracking and invoicing capabilities, requiring a proactive approach, critical thinking, and high professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate invoice generation and cost recovery activities, ensuring compliance with fiscal/audit regulations.
- Develop and update cost models and estimates for the Program Office’s service catalog.
- Generate, send, and track invoices using Program Office tools.
- Assist in executing and allocating external Purchase Requests (PR) with the CFO office.
- Track cost recovery based on Service Agreements and requirement fulfillment.
- Maintain relationships with Customer POCs, communicating changes and reconciling invoices.
- Support the Service Agreement team in documenting customer requirements and costs.
- Establish processes for tracking and maintaining invoice and cost recovery schedules.
- Utilize Program Office software and tools to manage portfolio costs.
- Provide additional support to the Program Office and team as needed.
Qualifications
- Must have an active/current TS/SCI and be able to pass a CI Poly.
- Must have 10 years' experience with 7 years in the financial field. DoD or IC experience is highly preferred.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with customer, team, and leadership.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent creative problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Service Now and/or Proven Optics is desired
