Job Description
The Red Gate Group is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Cost Analyst to support a critical Program Office within the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). This role is pivotal to ensuring efficient cost tracking, invoicing, and financial oversight, contributing directly to the program's mission success. You will manage service subscription costs, develop financial models, and provide strategic financial guidance in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate invoice generation, tracking, and cost recovery activities with external entities, ensuring compliance with fiscal and audit regulations.
- Develop and update cost models and estimates, ensuring alignment with total cost of ownership and service catalog requirements.
- Track service cost recovery and fulfillment against service agreements.
- Collaborate with the CFO office to manage external Purchase Requests (PR).
- Build and maintain relationships with customer points of contact, effectively communicating service changes and invoice reconciliations.
- Establish and maintain robust processes for invoice tracking and cost recovery schedules.
- Provide ad hoc support to the Service Agreement team in documenting customer requirements and associated costs.
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to pass a CI Polygraph.
- 10+ years of experience, with 7 years in financial analysis (DoD or IC experience preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver results under pressure, and maintain impeccable attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and customer service skills, paired with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
Preferred:
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and Proven Optics is a plus.
- Strong relationship-building skills to foster collaboration with customers and internal teams.
- Experience establishing and maintaining efficient financial processes in a government or intelligence setting.
