Description and Requirements

Position Description:

• To develop cost estimation & cost balance sheet.

• Identify cost optimization opportunities and drive design for cost initiatives.

• Align cost structure and cost target with PMs, RD and procurement team.

• Cost control including build forecast and report.

• Take part into commercial bid and support contract pricing when required.

• Drive special cost support with vendors for high volume opportunities.

• Rebate claim & final cost settlement & change.

• Seating in ODT committee, closely communicate, coordinate, and align with cross-function team.

Position Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor degree or above in EE/ME or Manufacturing

• Working Experience: 2-3 years' work experience in ODM/OEM, EE background preferred

• Cost structure analysis is of advantage.

• Skilled in SAP and project cost controlling is required

• Good negotiation skills is preferable

• Language: Good English speaking and written, native level Chinese (mandarin) skill is required

• International company experience is preferable
