In this role you'll get to:
Own your portfolio: • Lead engagements from start to finish to provide timely, high-quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations• Analyze construction cost ledgers, contractor payment applications, and other cost documentation• Perform takeoffs utilizing building/site plans and physical site inspections• RS Means unit cost estimation• Determine component reallocations in accordance with IRS Regulations• Prepare workpapers supporting analysis and produce client deliverables including final report• Communicate project status with clientele• Provide timely, high-quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations
Assume a leadership role in a developing service:• Assist with development and maintenance of client service templates• Assist with development of entry-level employee training• Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality
You'll be a great fit if you have:• Bachelor's degree required; with an emphasis in accounting, construction management, engineering, or related field preferred• Minimum of 3 years of cost segregation experience• CPA, EA, MAI, ASA, CMI, CCSP or PE designation preferred• Experience performing cost segregation studies or related construction duties such as estimating• Experience with the federal rules and regulations governing tax depreciation• Ability to identify technical issues, analyze information and report findings to the client• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Ability to multi-task while maintaining careful attention to detail and accuracy• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software• Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%
