We’re looking for a Council Facilitator II to join our People Team!
What you’ll do:
Lead in-person Councils in San Francisco and Palo Alto office and Seattle and other offices as needed.
Creates annual office plan for in-person Council opportunities in offices assigned to this position,
Organize, set up and lead Council Events, and team activities (art projects, cultural events and other group building activities, etc.)
Communicates timely updates with Council participants
Conduct basic analysis on attendance of the Councils and participation trends in-person, via digital or online platforms (i.e., Google Sheets)
Attend Council’s internal team meetings, retreats, and trainingsÂ
Create and edit marketing materials to drive Council awareness and engagementÂ
Substitute in for other Council team members in the event of their absence
Stay current and consistently meet deadlines with administrative tasks
Stay current with Snap intra-communications by updating weekly
Perform ad hoc Council related responsibilities as needed
Collaborate on strategic plansÂ
Ensure that Council spaces are maintained (cleaned, organized, stocked)
Follow policies procedures and Council guidelines
Qualifications:Â
The role requires regular travel
0-2 years Council facilitating experience
BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to work in a fast and evolving environment as a team member
Ability to stay current with technology in an ever evolving, fast-paced environmentÂ
Enjoys being a collaborator and team memberÂ
Demonstrates being a clear and effective communicator and listenerÂ
Self-starter who can hit the ground running and produce quality work by demonstrating strong time management skills with specific action plans
Strong ability to manage and prioritize competing tasks/goals/results
Effectively manage relationships with multiple internal stakeholders
Expertise in Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
A passion for people and desire to consistently be a positive influence on the community
A passion for Snap Inc. and creativity!

Certified Council Facilitator or Trainer

The standard base salary range for this position is 90,000.00 - 130,000.00 USD
This position is eligible for a discretionary performance-based bonus
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs
