- Â Report to Associate VP, Business & Legal Affairs, with a dotted line to the General Counsel, and work closely with other members of the legal function
- Â Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with advertisers, ad agencies, publishers, and data management companies, as well as ad tech platforms and technology providers
- Â Partner cross-functionally with all Innovid business teams, including sales, business development, client services, product, engineering, marketing, and finance
-  Partner with the privacy and security teams on the company’s data collection, storage, use and transfer practices
- Â Stay on top of the latest developments in laws, regulations, and industry trends applicable to ad tech, digital media and technology, CTV, and OTT, including federal, state, and international data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
What You Will Need:
- 3+ years of transactional experience at a law firm and/or in-house, ideally that includes working with internet, technology and/or media companies in the ad tech/data space
- Business savvy with creativity in problem solving and balancing risk
- Comfortable with MSAs, SOWs, insertion orders, and IAB terms and conditions
- Significant experience drafting and negotiating SaaS agreements, digital marketing agreements and/or other complex licensing or services agreements, including related privacy and data security provisions
- Skills and experience necessary to advise on a broad range of the legal issues related to digital advertising businesses, including intellectual property, data protection, consumer protection and privacy issues
- Excellent negotiating skills, as well as a track record of success in navigating complex issues in an agile and evolving business
- Proven ability to quickly understand highly technical products and services, while identifying key issues and risks and offering creative solutions to keep the business moving forward
- Juris Doctorate degree from a top U.S. accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in a U.S. state
