Count Room Supervisor - Borgata

It is the primary responsibility of the Count Team Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Count Team. All duties perform  all duties in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices and procedures.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Oversee daily operations and departmental performance consistent with the strategies and vision of the property

• Ensure compliance with the Gaming Commission minimum internal controls and regulations

• Ensure all job activities and job duties are performed within the established departmental policies and procedures

• Participate in all counts and drops performed

• Generate reports and verify all data

• Assist in distributing all Count-related reports to Accounting

STARTING RATE: $24.00

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education certificate

• 2+ Years of prior casino soft count experience

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

• General knowledge of mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

• Ability to multi-task and exhibit time management in a fast paced, team-oriented environment

• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
