Country Controlling Lead

We are looking for a proactive sparring partner for our management team for Country Controlling Lead position, location based in Zagreb.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting package
• Estimates results before month-end closing and execute the month-end closing process
• Supports the company leaders with information and suggestions
• Profit center approach, cost allocation, supervision of overhead costs, elaboration of cost increases
• Compilation of the annual budget
• Prepares result analysis (including non-operational result)
• Collaborates with country managing director, business line managers, group headquarters
• Responsible for the planning, implementation and testing of new reports according to the reporting requirements
• Checks and challenges target setting process in collaboration with Human Resources and line management
• Trains key users upon reports usage in reporting system

Requirements and expectations:

• Commercial education
• Proven working experience as a Controller or equal level of business experience
• Analytical skills, MS Office knowledge
• Good command of English and Croatian language (written and spoken)

• communicates proactively and in professional manner
• agile, flexible, organized, confident and assertive team player
• feel well to work with big databases
• SAP experience welcomed
