Job Description

As a Country Manager for Brazil, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving revenue targets. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your leadership and expertise will be pivotal in establishing our brand as a market leader in the region.


What the Country Manager will do:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and market share targets.
  • Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and customers.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to address their challenges.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive lead generation and product adoption.
  • Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage sales activities and pipeline.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sales processes.

Experience the Country Manager can bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably within Mobile, Data or Software industry
  • Deep understanding of the Brazilian market and its dynamics.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
