📎 The Role  

As our Country Manager, Canada, you will report directly to the Marketing Director, holding P&L responsibility for Canada. You will translate market requirements into internal projects to maximize product-market fit, planning and executing aspects of local operations, product offerings across various gaming verticals, and marketing plans/activities. 

✅ Your Responsibilities  

• Translate  market requirements into internal projects

• Plan and execute all aspects of local consumer operations

• Manage marketing campaigns across all channels

• Utilize company central teams for daily operations

• Develop strategic plans for acquisition marketing activities 

• Carry out effective market research audits  

• Lead commercial relationships with local third parties

• Liaise with product and payments team on localization 

• Review activities, policies, and procedures with other organizational parts

• Undertake rigorous pre and post-initiative analysis for campaign ROI 

• Manage the marketing budget

• Launch new product verticals

👀 What You Bring to the Table  

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing digital marketing campaigns and account management

• Resident of Canada

• Fluent written and spoken English

• Strong understanding of the Canadian poker market

• Prior experience with online gaming business

• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously

• Understanding of digital marketing and analytics

• Understanding of user acquisition opportunities in Canada

• Experience managing a marketing budget independently

• Analytical skills and comfort with sales numbers

• Excellent communication, relationship and presentation skills

• Superb project management skills

🥇Preferred Qualifications  

• Ability to travel 15% of the year

• Experience with large-scale marketing and PR campaigns

💷 Compensation & Perks  

The remuneration for this role ranges between 80,000 - 110,000 CAD, although if you're a perfect fit and you believe you deserve more, we're ready to negotiate!
