Summary
Country Manager Germany will be responsible for creating, planning, implementing, and integrating the country's strategic direction. This includes being responsible for all components and departments in Germany business unit (sales, implementation, support etc.), overseeing the country’s operations, and ensuring production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
Key duties and responsibilities:

• Developing and executing comprehensive business strategy to drive growth in Germany.
• Managing, developing, and mentoring local consulting teams by nurturing a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Fostering strong relationship with key customers and partners.
• Focusing on growing and developing existing clients together with generating new businesses.
• Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel.
• Key person for CRM, escalations, and opportunities in the assigned business unit.
• Responsible for the budget and P&L for the business unit.
• Overseeing day-to-day operations in the assigned business unit.

Requirements and qualifications
Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrable experience in driving sales and achieving business development goals.
• Proven experience in managing remote team.

Technical Skills:

• Expert in SAP ERP systems with proven experience in SAP Business One as an advantage.
• Exposure to the management of regional and global ERP implementations for multinational clients.

Language skills:

• English: Fluent / Native
• German: Fluent / Native
• Additional languages are an advantage.

Others:

• Willingness and the ability to travel.
