We are looking for a Country Manager (Production Sourcing & Quality) to join our Team! This person is expected to lead the Sourcing Production and Quality strategy definition and execution for both our Apparel and our Beauty businesses maximizing factory compliance quality standards and on-time productions to achieve our goals of increasing customer satisfaction and profitability.

Role Challenges

• Develop and execute a sourcing strategy for omnichannel and multiple business units which are at different stages.

• Supplier management: lead relationships with factories globally ensuring we have the right capacity and quality standards (agreements audits compliance).

• Process Improvement: Foster a continuous improvement culture to increase efficiency and reduce costs in our production process.

• Risk management: risk assessment policy defined and implemented

• Collaborate cross-functionally with other areas to develop key projects such as implementing new product categories with the right quality.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Manager in Production Sourcing and Quality for apparel and/ or beauty businesses or in similar roles.

• Must be based in the US territory or Hong Kong.

• Solid experience in factory production and quality processes in the intimate apparel general apparel and/or beauty industry

• Experience managing different business units simultaneously.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering supply chain or a related field.

• Experience leading teams overseas preferably in China.

• Availability to travel for work-related purposes. (Willingness to reallocate is a plus not mandatory)
