The next County Administrator will be committed to promoting empowerment and engagement at all levels of the organization. Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for the County Administrator position is $250,000 - $350,000, negotiable based upon the qualifications of the successful candidate. Residency within the County is required within a negotiated period of time. Benefits include but are not limited to:

Desired Qualifications

The successful candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in public or business administration, economics, planning, finance, or a related field with a master's degree preferred. A minimum of five to nine years of public or private sector-management experience as chief or deputy chief administrative officer of a comparably sized community or organization is highly desired.
