iCapital is looking to hire a Coupa Consultant to join the Corporate Finance team. This role will directly support the company’s financial transformation initiatives by adapting technology to match business processes through system administration and change management. This individual will work closely with the Finance team to support end users and maintain existing business software, while also acting as a key contributor on various technical enhancement projects. The primary focus will be on Coupa, NetSuite, and all related applications.

The ideal candidate is an avid learner with a hunger for knowledge, driven by curiosity and passion for efficient systems and thoughtful design. This individual should be comfortable conducting information gathering across all areas of the organization and should be able to synthesize that information into clear business process documentation. The person filling this role should be a Coupa subject-matter expert (SME), well versed in the entire P2P lifecycle, and possess basic understanding of financial accounting, and a firm understanding of data fundamentals.

• Administration of Coupa, NetSuite, and other financial applications.
• Lead and manage large-scale implementation, and enhancement projects including objectives, timelines, resources, risks, statuses, action items, key decisions, business readiness, etc.
• Provide exceptional support for end-user service request tickets while enforcing process controls.
• Serve as a SME project resource on multiple initiatives across various teams including implementation projects, integrations, system enhancements, data stewardship, etc.
• Conduct end-user training and update knowledgebase articles.
• Act as a liaison between finance, technology, data, and other cross-functional teams.
• Assist in project management with third-party vendors and consulting teams.
• Coordinate scheduling and communications for system upgrades and deployments.
• Identify process efficiencies and make recommendations on process improvements.
• Document policies, procedures, and training materials.

• Certified Coupa administrator.
• 6+ years of experience
• Project manager on at least 5 full implementations
• PMP preferred
• Experience working with NetSuite and Coupa software
• Consistently strong communicator across audiences of various size and levels of the organization
• Comfortable with constructive conflict and outcome-focused debate
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve ad hoc requests
• Experience supporting integrations is a plus
• Experience with JavaScript and SuiteScript is a plus
• Accounting or finance related experience preferred
• Understanding of Accounting and Security controls
• Experience with M&A activities (process adaptation, data migration, etc.) is preferred

The pay range for this role is $60 to $90 per hour.
