As Coupa Integration Administrator in Finance and Procurement, you will help determine and deliver the future of Nike's Direct Payables product team. Nike operates in over 50 countries around the world and has aggressive objectives to grow and connect with athletes in new and engaging manners. This growth demands applications and platforms to automate processes and streamline our finance operations to match our growth. Our team supports a global business operation.

This role closely partners with business and technical teams across procurement/payables, order management, billing/returns, disputes and credits, inventory, warehouse management and cost management. We need a team member to engage with and own the process of discerning technical requirements. You will also be accountable for delivering solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Share in the team delivery of features and functionality using Agile practices. Together we refine requirements with our business partners and break the work and delivery into Features, Epics, and Stories we will complete and objectively measure against te Acceptance Criteria. Improve estimates by ensuring clarity of context and intent of Committed work.

Participate in the design and development of the solution, including hands-on configuration and testing, analysis and resolution of production incidents as they arise, and improving operations through efficiency and simplification.

Be the team authority on Coupa who understands our business processes and custom integrations and can recommend different ways to improve our operations.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience administering Coupa in the areas of invoicing, integrations, configuration, and the Coupa Supplier Portal.

Familiarity with development and testing of cloud based applications.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or combination of relevant education, experience, and training

Experience with SAP is a plus.

Demonstrated experience in Agile delivery preferred

Story telling and communication skills including active listening and effective presentation of ideas.

Ability to absorb detailed technical information and communicate effectively to both technical and business audiences.

Must excel working in team-oriented roles that rely on collaboration.
