Job Description

The list of essential functions as outlined is not comprehensive and is intended to be representative of the tasks performed within Mail Services.• Prepare and ready materials for distribution including but not limited to metering, addressing, stuffing envelopes, and making labels.• Prepare daily outgoing domestic shipments using a computerized shipping system and ensure shipping guidelines are adhered to.

Sort, pick-up and deliver mail and packages; receive load and unload packages; utilizing company resources (forklift, van, hand cart)• Transport mail and packages to satellite/branch offices throughout the Greater Seattle Area.• Pick up mail from the post office.• Maintain a variety of detailed records and metrics concerning items received and/or delivered using proprietary internal tracking tool.• Receive and record all regular and priority packages from commercial vendors and the postal service.• Coordinate received items for pick-up and deliver mail and packages to customers throughout the building.• Perform necessary housekeeping duties in order to maintain a clean, safe and efficient working environment.• Maintain all logs and reporting documentation as required.• Adhere to business and safety procedures and guidelines.
