• Deliver packages to end users/receiving agents , organize and follow most efficient route for deliveries
• Deliver other zone packages to the airport for proper routing and delivery
• Organize/route delivery paperwork. Collect delivery signatures and route delivery manifests for customer
• Act as liaison for IDT in terms of customer requests, special handling, delivery logistics, etc.
• Deliver marketing material and customer contact/ sales information, as needed
• Perform routine maintenance/cleaning on delivery vehicle (cleaning inside/outside of vehicle, monitoring fluid levels, replenishing fuel)
• Respond to customers and our Customer Care team in order to evaluate and solve routine problems, using standard work, that pertain to deliveries, assistance with route organization and special circumstances that arise, without supervisory approval

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid California driver's license and a clean driving record required
• Three years of Courier experience required

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and SAP preferred.
• Performing under stress when confronted with emergent, critical, unusual, or dangerous situations, or situation in which working speed and sustained attention are make-or-break aspects of the job.
• Performing repetitive work or to perform continuously the same work, according to set procedures sequence or pace.
