Courtesy Officer - 1 year experience

We are seeking areliable and detail-oriented individualto conduct nightly inspections and patrols of our mobile home community. A company-providedgolf cartwill be used to patrol the property. Responsibilities include identifying and logging lease violations, tagging non-compliant vehicles, and issuing tow tickets as necessary. You will also inspect a rental yard to ensure it remains secure and free of trespassers.
