Coverage Regional Director, Client Sales
Job Description
This role provides coverage to the Regional Directors, Senior Regional Directors, and Channel Sales in the Nurse Staffing Solutions Client Sales organization. This position supports business activities for team members out on scheduled time off, unscheduled time off, leaves of absence, business travel including client meetings and conferences, and unfilled sales positions. This role will support additional solutions within the Nurse Staffing organization as needed, including Labor Disruption and International. This position may also flex as needed to support various sales and strategic initiatives, including sales efforts for a particular service line needing greater impact, a specific state or region based on business needs, and/or corporate strategic initiatives needing action.
Job Tasks:
- Serve as Coverage Director for Client Sales and perform the fundamental responsibilities of that role, including but not limited to
- Outbound and inbound phone calls and emails with new and existing customers
- Documented Salesforce activities
- Customer escalations and resolutions
- Internal meetings and initiatives
- Partner with sales leadership to determine coverage plan priorities and performance expectations
- Conduct proactive sales activities such as outbound client calls and emails, continue contract negotiations, pursue leads, etc.
- Formulate, propose and execute ideas and solutions to overcome people, resource and competitive obstacles in order to achieve financial budget/plan leveraging divisional and corporate strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to strategic and division initiatives, providing subject matter expertise, relying upon depth of knowledge, system/process and communicating effectively with all appropriate partners.
- Support partnership requests from back office partners and actions needed
- Flex to support across the Nurse Staffing organization, which could include Labor Disruption and International sales efforts as needed

Minimum Education/Certifications:
- College degree
Minimum Experience:
- 5 years inside sales experience
