Overview
The Creative Communications and Marketing Specialist - HR, will be responsible for working with the HR Leadership team to build and maintain a library of brand forward collateral to be used for articulating engaging and dynamic messages to employees, executives, and board members.

What You'll Do
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Work with leaders to create content across the entire employee lifecycle, including materials for career fairs, social media posts, and internal activities like training and mentorship programs
- HR Brand Development: Work with our Marketing team to create brand consistent eye-catching visuals and use these visuals to enhance the brand appeal of HR materials, including slides, infographics, and social media graphics
- Data Visualization: Work with the HR analytics team to convert complex data insights into compelling visuals for executives and board members
- Media Library: Establish and maintain organized and user-friendly libraries of content for visuals, templates, iconography, graphics, illustrations, and other multimedia assets

What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field
- 3+ years' experience using visuals to assist with storytelling at an executive level and creating and managing content libraries and repositories.
- Ability to work with and maintain confidential or sensitive information.
- Strong attention to detail in design and content creation, ensuring HR brand consistency.
- Ability to translate complex HR and company culture concepts into visually engaging and easily understandable materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
- PowerPoint, Canva and InDesign experience preferred
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
