About the role:

You will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content that helps our potential customers understand and visualise our products. This role involves a combination of video production, mock-up creation, prototyping, and graphic design support.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit video content showcasing our tools, using video editing software such as Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.

• Utilize in-house AI software to generate content that effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products.

• Develop mock-ups to demonstrate to customers how our tools would look when implemented on their site.

• Assist in improving customer journeys

• Conduct website prototyping to visualise integration of our tools into the customer's website.

• Provide graphic design support and PowerPoint assistance to sales opportunities and external reporting

• Product ideation and conceptualisation

• Respecting the value of information by following Likewize's data protection / information security policies and procedures

Role Requirements ​

• Proven experience creating strong, engaging content in various forms of media.

• Proficiency in Adobe creative suite

• Including Premier Pro, After Effects, Photoshop / Lightroom, XD

• Proficiency in Figma

• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and the ability to apply them effectively.

• Excellent listening and communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.

• Have enthusiasm to learn other platforms as required

• Be able to think creatively and continuously improve with each project.

• Strong research, organizational, and time management skills.
