Creative Coordinator

Horizon Health Care is seeking a full-time Creative Coordinator. The Creative Coordinator is responsible for creating and implementing graphic design for print, web and social media as well as video projects in support of Horizon Health Care initiatives. Successful candidates for the Creative Coordinator should be passionate about creating visual tools to assist providers and staff members in providing high-quality, patient centered care. Horizon Health Care offers a team-oriented work environment focused on meeting the needs of individual patients while supporting and contributing to the health and wellness of our communities.

Education/Experience

• Associate's degree in multimedia or graphic design, or related field, or equivalent experience in similar position/field.
• Experience working in multimedia/marketing is preferred.

*Candidate could work remotely, but must be within the state of South Dakota
