Creative Copywriter

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Creative Copywriter to join our communications team at NOV.

The ideal candidate will have an enthusiasm for writing and storytelling and be able to create compelling content that engages our target audience and drives business results. You should be passionate about sharing NOV's story, excited to delve into the details of our various business units and product lines, and comfortable interacting with subject matter experts at all levels of the organization.

This position offers a hybrid, flexible working environment with scheduled work-from-home days every week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and write compelling marketing content across a variety of channels, including web copy, email campaigns, social media, video/animation scripts, advertising, and other marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and design, to create messaging that aligns with our brand and supports our business objectives.
• Conduct research on industry trends to identify opportunities for innovative content and campaigns.
• Edit and proofread content for accuracy, grammar, and tone to ensure a consistent brand voice and message.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to various teams.

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, English, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in creative writing, communications, or marketing.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a portfolio of published writing samples.
• Ability to write in a variety of styles and tones, from technical to conversational, and adapt to different target audiences.
• Strong research and analytical skills to understand complex topics and communicate them in a clear, concise manner.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
