Creative Designer

Level 5 Capital Partners is looking for a Creative Designer to join our team in our Atlanta office for an exciting opportunity to work with new and existing franchisor partners in some of the fastest growing markets in the country. 

Our ideal candidate is a highly skilled Creative Designer with an extensive background in advertising design and creation. This Designer will be working alongside our new and existing Franchise Partners to take direction and concepts from stakeholders to create new and engaging advertising content. 

Working with stakeholders across L5 and the Franchise partners, this Designer will translate business ideas into creative content, bringing L5’s ideals of community health and wellness to the forefront while creating exceptional five-star experience for all consumers. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Lead bluesky creative discussions relating to L5 and L5’s Franchise Partners
• Drive engaging creative development across new and existing Franchise Partners
• Collaborate amongst stakeholders to maintain consistent messaging across all brands
• Prepare finished art by operating necessary equipment and software
• Review and analyze advertising campaign performance data to identify trends and opportunities, as well as develop best practices to increase efficiency and effect 

What You’ll Need: 

• Four or more years of experience in graphic, creative, or digital advertising design with medium to large scale businesses.
• Proficiency in desktop publishing tools like Adobe Creative suites 
• Stakeholder management capabilities to turn business requirements into engaging and thoughtful content
• Experience in creative development for new branding
• Ability to work cross-functionally on teams and projects
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software 
• Must be willing to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction
