Job Description

• Produce complex and advanced creative, non-trivial creative 3D concepts/ideas for various domains, offering eye-catching, consistent solutions
• Negotiate the project’s requirements and business objectives with the client/team
• Understand project goals and converting them into high-quality creative solutions
• Effectively communicate design positions and negotiate solutions
• Provide timely project delivery within the deadlines, according to the task description and technical constraints
• Predict and communicate the risks proactively to meet the defined goals and timelines
• Be a proactive part of a creative design team, share your own ideas/experience for processes and approaches improvements

Qualifications

PERSONAL PROFILE:

• Ability to present your own works and argue your decisions
• Ability to consistently produce creative, non-trivial concepts/ideas independently of other creative designers
• At least Intermediate spoken and written English for tasks communication
• Ability to work fast, think fast, respect and value your time and the time of others

3D:

• Creative vision & ability to create 3D concepts from scratch 
• Hands-on experience with 3D scene creation & motion in Cinema 4D/Blender etc. 
• Knowledge of choosing the right render format, codec, container, and render settings depending on the project's requirements

ANIMATION:

• Theoretical knowledge of motion design principles and the ability to incorporate them into your workflow
• Knowledge of how to organize the project and set it up in a more time-efficient way
• Knowledge of storyboards and mood board creation
• 3D character/object rigging & animation 
• Ability to incorporate proper motion choreography both in 2D and 3D animation workflows
• Ability to work in different animation styles/techniques, such as Cartoon and/or Kinetic Typography
• File preparation and final pre-production tweaks, ability to transfer clean source files 
• Final delivery files with proper compression

VIDEO:

• Hands-on experience with any video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.) 

WOULD BE A PLUS: 

• Illustration and character design skills 
• Previous experience of working with Graphic/UI Designers
• Hands-on experience with creative UI Design 
• Hands-on experience with GPU rendering (Octane, RedShift) or other
