Location: Fully Remote - London Area

Overview

Reporting into the Art Director, you will be working on design concepts, mock-ups and creating decks for beauty and home gifting packaging across core ranges and limited editions. Collaborating with the marketing team from the very beginning of the packaging concept, all the way through to final visuals and deck.

You will also help to develop creative concepts and design ideation for marketing campaigns and brand collateral. You will have or want some experience in art direction, and be confident in presenting your idea, whilst keeping up-to-date with current beauty and fashion trends.

Key Skills:

• Adobe software, including Illustrator, Photoshop & inDesign
• Highly creative with a great eye for design, illustration and typography
• High attention to detail
• Strong commercial awareness
• Great organization and time management skills
• Strong team player
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work across multiple projects
• Experience in video editing – but not essential
• Previous experience in the beauty industry but not essential

Responsibilities:

• Taking design projects from initial briefing stage through to print ready artwork
• Continue to develop new design and concepts
• Ensure design work is completed on time, and that projects meet our high standards
• Have good communication and presentation skills
• Have high levels of integrated design skills including digital, OOH, and print
