The essence of the role

As our new ROLE you will:

The Creative Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, storyboarding, and designing the visual elements of videos. This includes creating graphics, deciding on animations, and visual effects that align with the branding and messaging requirements.

• Conceptualize and design visual elements for videos.
• Create graphics, animations, and visual effects in line with branding.
• Develop storyboards and visual plans for video projects.
• Collaborate with the Creative Editor and other team members to ensure cohesive and engaging video content.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and new software/technologies.
• Communicate design ideas and rationale effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Incorporate client feedback into design solutions.

Key Requirements and Knowledge:

• Proven experience as a Creative Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to create compelling visual narratives through design.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Consistently deliver designs that are visually appealing, on-brand, and aligned with project goals.
• Achieve a high rate of first-pass approval on design concepts from stakeholders.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
