Position: Creative Designer (Framer, Figma, Adobe Suite, & Midjourney Specialist)
Location: Remote role that can be completed nearly anywhere in the world. Must be able to accommodate North American Time Zone, Eastern time zone preferred

Metallicus, at the forefront of digital asset banking innovation, seeks a Creative Designer proficient in Framer, Figma, Adobe Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop), and experienced with AI tools like Midjourney. This role requires a deep understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency markets, focusing on leveraging design for strategic product positioning and revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Web Development & Optimization:
  • Maintain & Optimize Websites: Lead the maintenance and enhancement of Metal Pay, Metal Blockchain, Metal X, Metal L2, XPR Network, and Metallicus websites. Responsibilities include content updates, troubleshooting, and ensuring optimal site performance.
  • SEO & Content Strategy: Utilize Framer and AI tools for crafting and executing SEO strategies aimed at revenue growth. Design and populate new pages and subpages with engaging content that boosts user interaction and product suite engagement.
  • Marketing Funnel Design: Design and optimize digital marketing funnels. Develop content and design elements for campaigns, leveraging AI for content creation. Implement funnel components in Framer to enhance data capture and conversion rates.
  • Design & Creative Direction:
  • Asset Creation: Use Figma, Adobe Suite, and Midjourney to produce assets for growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with branding and campaign goals. Assets range from social media visuals to animated content and videos.
  • UI/UX Design: Deliver exceptional UI designs that enhance product usability and appeal. Incorporate the latest UI trends and technologies to create innovative and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with the marketing team to offer creative direction and develop campaign assets. Focus on strategic design to drive growth, closely monitoring market trends for informed decision-making.

  • Design Software Mastery: Advanced skills in web development with Framer, UI/UX design with Figma, and comprehensive creative tasks with Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • AI Tools Innovation: Proficient in leveraging AI tools like Midjourney for creative design and content generation.
  • SEO & Digital Marketing Acumen: Skilled in designing for SEO optimization and constructing effective digital marketing funnels, informed by an understanding of the digital finance landscape.
