Creative Designer/Presentation Specialist - Virtual North America
Job Description
Responsible for designing sales materials, including but not limited to presentations, sales pitches, microsites, videos, and other deliverables, while adhering to brand guidelines and leveraging existing resources and templates.
Will deliver design support to the Sales Leadership, Executive Office, Internal communications, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging, visually appealing, and informative sales materials that effectively communicate complex concepts and insights to prospects and current clients.
- Creatively visualize and illustrate multipart ideas and strategies, balancing design aesthetics and data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively convey our value proposition through various mediums, encompassing presentations, proposal documents, microsites, and videos.
- Craft materials that resonate with our prospects and clients, enhancing their understanding of Alight offerings.
- Design digital and print materials, including infographics, event graphics, landing pages, and interactive PDFs.
- Partner closely with the creative lead, video team, and sales executives to bring sales collateral to life.
- Manage deadlines by effectively communicating with project teams and handling rush and long-term deadlines.
- Ensure brand consistency and deliver high-quality materials by collaborating closely with the creative team.
- Collaborate seamlessly with various departments, such as sales, solutions, and proposal teams, to gather insights and enhance the impact of our materials.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Proficient with PowerPoint (including templates, master slides, animation, graphics, text, and layout) and other Microsoft products.
- Skilled in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator to edit, resize, and enhance images and artwork for use within PowerPoint.
- Comfort and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders.
- Effective cross-team collaborator with the ability to work across multiple projects and timelines.
- Organized and able to prioritize and manage multiple time-sensitive projects.
- Ability to be proactive, responsive, and able to balance shifting priorities.
Must have:
- Education + Experience: Bachelor's degree in design or related discipline; 5+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Technical skills: Proficiency in PowerPoint; knowledge of Word, Excel, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator; fluency in both PC and Mac environments; maintaining awareness of current design trends and new techniques and technology.
- Soft skills: High degree of organizational skill and initiative to drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment; ability to absorb and respond to constructive feedback from clients and creative management; ability to turn projects around quickly and good problem-solving and presentation skills.
- Resume: Tailored resume that highlights skills and experiences relevant to this role
- Portfolio: The portfolio must include a variety of dynamic PowerPoint presentations that showcase slide transitions, animated elements, video, data visualization, and good typography. Present other brand/design work for digital materials: infographics, banner ads, emails, and interactive PDFs
- Working files: Present working PowerPoint files and other creative digital work to the interview, and be prepared to walk us through your creative thinking and problem-solving solutions.
Nice to have (but not required):
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, HTML

Pay Transparency Statement: Alight takes into consideration a candidate's experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity, and geography when determining an offer for a successful employment candidate, and Alight does so on an individualized, non-discriminatory basis. Therefore, an offer may fall anywhere between the estimated minimum base salary for this role of $87,000.00/year (for full time employees) and the estimated maximum base salary for this role of $110,000.00/year (for full-time employees).
