Scope of the Role 

We are currently looking to hire an outstanding Creative Developer to support our growth. We are looking for candidates who have a desire to learn new skills and improve existing ones. Duties and responsibilities:

• Create rich media advertising units using internally created assets, and client-provided assets through HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Example of items that will be created (not an all-inclusive list):
• Complex animation sequences
• Complex interactive playable (games)
• Interactive navigation systems

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a creative and fresh approach
• Knowledge of mobile app (Android & iOS preferred) and web usability best practices
• Proficient with Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator
• Proficient with image file formats (PNG, JPEG, …) with HTML 5, CSS, and neighboring technologies
• HTML

• JavaScript
• Ability to use Greensock
• Object-oriented programming
• Ability to write logic statements
• Game creation experience
• Ability to take direction and feedback (internal and external)
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills (you should be able to clearly articulate your design decisions)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Skills that will set you apart from the crowd (but are not required):
• Experience with Celtra
• Experience in online advertising
• Experience with rich media advertising
• Experience with the Phaser game engine
