Currently, we are actively searching for a highly skilled Creative Director to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should possess a substantial portfolio showcasing their expertise in the digital realm, acquired through freelance or agency positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the creative direction of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with Design in DC's strategic objectives and client requirements.
• Direct and collaborate with diverse designers, including graphic designers, UI/UX specialists, and branding experts.
• Review and evaluate all creative content, providing constructive feedback and mentorship to team members.
• Collaborate closely with clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and translating them into creative strategies and solutions that exceed expectations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in design.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as a passionate and visionary Creative Director, Digital Art Director, or a similar creative role, with a strong track record of successful projects that showcase your expertise.
• In-depth knowledge and constant awareness of current interactive design trends and best practices, enabling you to stay ahead of the curve and bring fresh and innovative ideas to our projects.
• Outstanding leadership abilities, demonstrating your talent for inspiring and motivating teams to achieve extraordinary results. You have a natural inclination for guiding and nurturing creative talent, helping them reach their full potential.
• Exceptional organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring that deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, that enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.
