We are looking for a talented Creative Director to join Upwork's Creative Team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop best-in-class advertising for a variety of touchpoints - including but not limited to: film OOH on-platform web events product packaging and more.

• Help lead in-house and external teams in creative strategy execution and production

• Help apply and maintain consistency with art direction across all brand products platforms and campaigns

• Collaborate with a variety of cross-functional teams to serve a global audience

• Ability to work on high profile highly collaborative projects across a range of executions

What it takes to catch our eye:

• 10+ years of experience at agency/in-house concepting and art directing ideas for brand and product

• Visual design identity storytelling branding and flawless execution

• Experience in a multitude of creative disciplines including film print packaging product mobile activations and OOH

• Experience with emerging technologies

• Experience with social products
