What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a Creative Director who is passionate about driving branding and marketing, influencing strategy, content creation and media relationships. The successful candidate will have the ability to understand complex products; how to position these products to different markets and audiences; and be able to ramp-up quickly on a new disruptive technology. 

What you will do
•    Partnering with the Exec Team, plan, execute and manage Focal’s corporate website, creative presence, presentations, advertising and digital experience
•    Create a modern, innovative look and feel through all customer facing content
•    Drive the creative strategy to elevate the company as a thought leader
•    Own all creative deliverables ranging from collateral, website imagery and messaging, pitch deck development, events, videos, and photography
•    Provide project management for Focal’s marketing campaigns
•    Help establish Focal as the industry thought leader globally, through marketing, branding, social media, educational/demo events and "Focal Academy" content
•    Develop and maintain internal project management process and workflow 
•    Coordinate internal communications
•    Manage budget, external vendors and industry associations
•    Support and contribute to marketing and TL strategy, content creation and social media
•    Raise the creative mojo of the Focal team

What you need to be successful
•    7+ years of creative direction in an agency or in-house setting
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Proven track record of being highly organized and completing projects on time and within budget
•    Knowledge of digital marketing analytics platforms
•    Strong knowledge of Google Suite 
•    Proven ability to plan and manage a long-term project roadmap
•    Knowledge of technology and B2B marketing a plus
•    Knowledge of retail and grocery a plus
•    Startup mentality with an output driven focus
