What you're applying for
We're looking for a seasoned Creative Director to help us create strategically smart, industry-defining work. We need a big thinker that brings impossible ideas to the table (but isn't afraid of throwing hilariously dumb thoughts into the mix, either).
You'll join Lemonade's Creative team, collaborating with a deep roster of copywriters, art directors, illustrators, animators, editors, and even our own DP to launch delightfully surprising concepts into the world every day.
What you'll do

• Help define the brand strategy and elevate overall creative output
• Ensure originality, quality, unexpectedness, and pure joy in every project we tackle
• Produce new ideas for branding, campaigns, and all other marketing initiatives for the umbrella brand, as well as specific product lines
• Help develop full-funnel, omni-channel brand campaigns
• Apply your creative and strategic thinking across the company
• Update leadership on projects from conception through creation and execution
• Mentor fellow creatives to bring out the best in an already impressive group

What you'll need

• 7+ years as a Creative Director at an award-winning agency
• 2+ years as an in-house creative lead at a tech company
• A rich portfolio of work that defies expectations
• A proven record of bringing big and small ideas to life
• Experience building brand strategies and developing brands via multi-channel marketing
• Understanding of Growth/Acquisition Marketing is an advantage
• Ability to work in an office environment
