Who We Need:

We're looking for a visionary Creative Director to build and lead a team of graphic designers, photographers, and other creative professionals on the inMusic team. As the Creative Director, you'll not only be responsible for team leadership, but you'll also ensure best practices and develop best-in-class creative branding across all inMusic products. You'll also work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our products are creatively considered and delivered through the product lifecycle.

What You'll Do:

  • Mentor and encourage creative team members to foster a positive work environment
  • Ensure best-in-class quality and completion of all work projects delivered by the department
  • Define, drive, and report progress of projects at major stages of their conception, creation, and execution
  • Ensure designs and content reflect consistently and positively the brand image overall strategy
  • Critique, provide art direction, and approve all graphics, photo, and rendering work
  • Develop dedicated brand style guides and ensure they are applied consistently
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to collect data, including collecting information in design briefs and product kickoff meetings
  • Conceptualize, generate, and present visuals, including refinement of layouts, imagery, and typography

Requirements

What You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with emphasis on graphic design, photography, and/or web design
  • 10+ years working within a creative team environment or design firm with a solid background in graphic design, product photography, and/or photo retouch
  • Experience in branding, web design, typography, and print
  • Design Software: Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Bridge, Illustrator, inDesign, and Acrobat
  • MS Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
