Job Description

If you are an experienced Game Creative Director with a strategic mindset and a creative vision, eager to shape the future of a new cross-platform title, this is your chance!

You will have the opportunity to work with our top talents and lead the project's game design team.

Your main challenges will include:

• Create, establish, and sustain the game's vision from the initial pitching phase through the entire project
• Share this vision clearly with the entire production team and inspire them
• Create and present high-level documents
• Lead a large cross-functional team to refine the process of collaboration that leads to great work
• Work with lead designers/artists to achieve their goals & execute their leadership responsibilities
• Combine your strong knowledge and innovation of industry standards to enable your team to do the same
• Analyze metrics and suggest game adjustments accordingly
• Maintain a high level of communication and monitoring with various departments
• Plan, prioritize, and set inspiring objectives for the team members, giving them clear expectations and holding them accountable for their key results

Qualifications

• Experience as a Creative Director or an ambitious Lead Game Designer with a background in AA/AAA
• Shipped at least one AA/AAA title in a Creative Director or Lead Game Designer role
• Proven experience building and leading teams through full production cycles
• Proven experience pitching and working with clients to develop the vision, then collaborating with the leadership team, game designers, game programmers and artists to bring that vision to fruition
• Past experience with Unreal
