We’re a full-service creative shop born out of ATTN:’s purpose-driven mission to bring attention to the things that matter. We exist to help brands find their lane in culture and connect with audiences to drive action and meaningful change across platforms. We are a diverse group of entrepreneurial spirits, creative minds and makers. We’re lucky enough to work with some of the world’s most innovative brands including Google, Spotify, TikTok and Amazon.

Do you ever find yourself dreaming up bigger, better ways your favorite brands could break through the clutter of social media?

Do you come up with cool campaign ideas in your sleep?

The Opportunity:

• We’re looking for an internetty, flexible, and highly curious creative to come and make stuff with us. You will be part of a passionate and driven creative team who together develop strategically-sound, on-brand, on-trend creative work that stays ahead of the curve
• You’ll help shape out-of-the-box brand partnerships, creatively contributing to pitches and developing work that is wholly original, fresh, and exceeds client expectations
• Create day-to-day content for brand social channels in both a planned and reactive capacity
• Participate in brainstorms, communicate concepts and take direction and feedback from Creative Directors and Account Leads
• Help champion BIG creative thinking that will set ATTN’s brand partnerships work apart
• Deeply understand social video best practices, while also developing press-worthy ideas and holistic campaigns that scale beyond social
• Support Creative Strategists, Creative Producers and Creative Directors on client pitches, scripts, storyboards, and video concepts, with a high level of creativity and attention to detail
• Down to operate best in fast-paced and creatively demanding environments, and thrive balancing many projects with tight deadlines and production schedules

This is a paid internship for the Summer of 2023.
