Are you a dynamic leader in the creative space that is eager to continue perfecting your craft? We’re searching for a Creative Lead to be the player-coach for our Design team. This opportunity is perfect for an individual who's excited to roll up their sleeves while managing a highly productive team tackling projects in a variety of industries!
- SHARPER LEADERSHIP ABILITIES - You will make a tangible impact by recruiting, developing, and providing directional oversight to the Design team.
- DETERMINE THE USER EXPERIENCE VISION OF MULTIPLE BRANDS - You will see your thoughts and ideas brought to life across enterprise clients and scaling startups.
- SOLVE REAL-WORLD PROBLEMS - You will drive a seamless delivery of designs that delight our clients and execute our mission.
- Provide support, mentorship, and development to ensure the success of the Design team
- Spearhead cross-functional collaboration to produce innovative designs solutions
- Lead from the trenches by helping our team formulate user stories, create wireframes, investor decks, and high-fidelity mockups
- Find the perfect balance of creating unique and cutting-edge designs while executing deadlines
- Develop and implement mobile, web, and desktop user experiences across multiple industries and start-ups to scale their growth
- Translate business and marketing objectives from briefs into campaign ideas and content-marketing programs
- BA or BFA in Design with experience working at an agency or in-house
- History of building and leading high-performing multi-disciplinary Design teams
- Great taste, type skills, and variety of industry experience
- Thrive in ambiguity while producing exceptional work at a fast pace
- Tackles difficult conversations with curiosity and empathy
- Expert at crafting stories that change perceptions and build emotional connections while achieving business results
- Mastery of Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma
- Compensation: competitive salary + startup share units + profit share units
