Creative Lead, Office of the CEO

monday.com seeks an experienced designer with an entrepreneurial spirit to join the Office of the CEO. In this role, you will play a key part in envisioning, crafting, and executing strategic cross-company projects.

The Office of the CEO is a unique multidisciplinary team within monday.com that uses a robust toolbox to advance company leadership’s prioritized agenda and key projects through design, product, data analytics, data science and engineering. Members of the team are leaders in their respective domains of expertise collaborating with senior partners all across the company.

About The Role:

• Collaborate closely with executive leadership, Product, Design, IR, and various teams across the organization to transform complex concepts into tangible products, presentations, workflows, and exceptional experiences.
• Take ownership of design for management communications, including critical internal and external company visualizations and documents. Define the visual language used in senior-level reporting flows.
• Utilize exceptional interpersonal communication skills to foster cross-team collaboration and champion the leadership's vision, amplifying their impact.
• Expertly manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining focus, even in high-pressure situations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience conceptualizing and designing complex systems or platforms. Advantage: experience with data visualizations or dashboard design.
• Experience leading or deeply influencing multi-team development processes, including collaboration with R&D and product, and experience working with senior leadership.
• Ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Exhibit a positive attitude and high emotional intelligence
• Demonstrate outstanding organizational skills, with a proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Maintain a high level of proficiency in both written and spoken English.
