Creative Manager

Responsibilities

The Creative Manager creates and oversees the design of all LEAP digital and print marketing materials and collateral. This role takes ownership of all pre-existing, current, and future creative elements for LEAP US, while collaborating closely with Global counterparts. The role requires hands-on design, but also creative direction for all branding including print and digital (ads, collateral, merch), video components, event assets, and more. The ability to visually translate strategic messaging into creative concepts is essential.

You will be a hands-on team member, responsible for creative design solutions and managing creative projects from initial development through completion. You must also demonstrate a high level of proficiency in graphic design, project management, and strategic thinking to ensure that the LEAP brand is represented with a consistent tone and high-impact visual presence.

Requirements

The LEAP Creative Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work with marketing team to brainstorm, plan, and create visual content in support of internal and external campaigns
• Internalize and manage the LEAP US Artwork files, working with other LEAP entities to collaborate on existing pieces, and to create and design new elements when necessary
• Support internal stakeholders and departments for graphical support (social media, events, presentation, data visualizations, infographics, etc.)
• Maintaining and updating the library of recreated LEAP screens, accurately identifying and reflecting what is in LEAP based on product releases and updates
• Manage all creative projects and associated deadlines to make sure we are trafficking out materials not only in a timely manner, but so that it connects to the messaging and themes related to the business strategy
