We’re seeking a Creative Manager to elevate our brand voice and turn ideas into creative ads that convert!
How you’ll shape the future of B2B sales
- Develop and execute creative strategies across various marketing channels, including performance ads, awareness campaigns, social media, and landing pages.
- Create engaging copy for a variety of media, including social, video, and online platforms, for a wide range of marketing assets
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency and alignment with our brand guidelines and messaging.
- Conduct thorough research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and target audience needs.
- Measure and analyze the performance campaigns to identify areas for improvement and optimize future efforts.
Requirements
Here’s what we need from you
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing creative roles.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative and successful campaigns.
- Strong creative thinking and English writing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to different writing styles and tones to suit various audiences and platforms.
- Proven ability to bring big ideas and contribute to strategic marketing initiatives.
- Experience in brand awareness campaigns to help build and strengthen our brand identity.Â
- Native or highly proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Prior experience in an advertising agency is a strong advantage.
