Creative Marketing Manager

We are currently looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to join one of our fast growing businesses, Liven.

Liven is a wellbeing platform. We integrate knowledge of human behavior into users' daily lives, empowering them to optimize their wellbeing and quality of life.

We make behavioral techniques accessible to individuals, enabling them to reduce procrastination, enhance focus and energy levels, build good habits, leading to a more productive life.

Liven, launched in early 2023, has rapidly expanded over the past months, growing from a team of 3 to 60 individuals. Backed by strong unit economics and fueled by impressive growth, we are now offering a unique opportunity for talented individuals to join our high-performing team.

At Liven, we defy the conventional notion of linear career paths, encouraging every new team member to drive their own initiatives beyond their scope.

You will:

Develop and execute innovative creative marketing strategies to acquire new users.

Brainstorm and develop fresh concepts for new and existing marketing funnels to keep our approach dynamic and effective.

Craft briefs for designers and content creators, manage the team's workload, and prioritize tasks to ensure seamless execution.

Evaluate ad performance and generate actionable insights to optimize and improve results continuously.

Work closely with a cross-functional team to drive growth and achieve business objectives.

Introduce new tools, approaches, and methodologies to enhance the creative workflow and boost team productivity.

You:

Market Savvy: Profound awareness of the latest market trends and best practices to stay ahead of the curve.

Analytical Mindset: Ability to structure information, perform deep dives when necessary, and draw meaningful insights.

Fluency in English: Proficient communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.

Effective and Empathetic Communication: Strong ability to connect with and understand team members and stakeholders.
