About the role and why it’s unique:
- As the Creative Marketing Manager you will have the opportunity to influence the creative direction of Underdog’s performance marketing
- Act as a producer for the User Acquisition team, responsible for producing and testing creatives that resonate with our target audience
- Develop a deep understanding of the product roadmap and build a creative strategy that complements and enhances it
- Conduct regular creative testing and synthesize insights to inform future campaigns
- Create and maintain detailed reports on creative performance, providing actionable recommendations for optimization
- Input and manage tickets, coordinating with team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Who you are:
- 3+ years of proven experience in creative marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
- Experience creating and implementing A/B testing plans across various ad platforms
- Ability to make creative decisions driven by analytical insights
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Even better if you have:
- Experience in the Online Gaming Industry
- Have used Mobile Measurement Partners (ex. AppsFlyer, Branch, Looker, Signma) and SKAN
Our targeted compensation rate for this position is between $80,000 and $105,000, depending on experience, plus equity. Think your skills are exceptional and warrant higher pay? Apply anyway! If we agree, we're willing to negotiate.
- Unlimited PTO (we're extremely flexible with the exception of the first few weeks before & into the NFL season)
