Creative Marketing Manager
Job Description
**This role will be embedded and will report directly to one of our largest clients in the financial industry.You are the center of all digital credit card acquisition creative campaign activity, partnering closely with internal strategy, creative and media teams, as well as with external advertising agencies. You enjoy placing different pieces together into a holistic execution creative workplan. You are passionate to have ideas come to life and will get into details to launch it.The Creative Marketing Manager is a reliable and approachable team player in managing end-to-end digital creative campaigns for multiple card products. This person takes on new or ad hoc digital creative campaigns, emails, and creative assignments with confidence and is comfortable managing cross-functional initiatives and partnering with diversely skilled teams.
The primary day-to-day responsibilities for this position are as follows:
- Manage day-to-day execution development of multiple, often simultaneous, creative campaigns by creating workflow, manage budget and deliverables to deliver best-in-class creative campaigns across major media channels
- Exhibit a thorough understanding of the brand strategy and guidelines to successfully accomplish the completion of deliverables across the whole brand spectrum
- Manage final creative assets and perform QA including creating digital video platform requests and transcripts
- Tracking campaign edits, maintain great file saving locations and develop efficiency in creative process
- PowerPoint, excel skills needed
Qualifications:Â
- Must have advertising agency experience and work on a financial institution account is a major bonus
- 6+ years of recent digital marketing experience leading creative campaigns
- Great understanding of digital channels and creative best practices
- Flexible and calm collaborator with the ability to work on cross-channel initiatives with a diverse range of partners and stakeholders
- Proven ability to juggle multiple channels creative executions, while correctly prioritizing and provide support to the internal strategy managers.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience preferredÂ
